Accessibility Statement

Pyndale is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Target

This website and all tenant websites hosted on the Pyndale platform aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

Measures

We take the following measures to ensure accessibility:

  • Include accessibility as a requirement in our design and development standards
  • Use semantic HTML, ARIA patterns, and progressive enhancement throughout
  • Test with automated tools (axe-core, Lighthouse) and manual screen reader testing
  • Maintain automated contrast ratio verification for all color palettes
  • Ensure keyboard navigability across all pages and interactive elements

Known Limitations

While we strive for full WCAG 2.2 Level AA compliance, the following limitations are known:

  • Cloudflare Turnstile (CAPTCHA) is a third-party widget whose iframe accessibility is managed by Cloudflare
  • AI-generated content may contain non-English business names where language-of-parts markup is not applied
